Description

Engage your students in a fun inquiry that has students take a look behind the scenes of restaurant development and management! They will be immersed in planning their own restaurant. It will be up to the students to find an optimal location, determine a menu, plan menus, hire workers, and all the while maintain a budget. This challenging simulation is designed for the advanced middle-school classroom or the high-school business class. It is aligned to the C-3 Framework.
